Certain gemstones are more sensitive to elements of heat and liquid components such as oils, body product, sea water and perfumes.  Depending on the design, a more delicate jewel may require you to take special care when worn.  It is important to understand the nature of your jewelry.  Please contact us for questions and suggestions for care and protection so you may benefit from a long-life enjoyment.

 

GARANTY

We stand by our product with care and your satisfaction a very important to us. If an item is agreed to be defective in any way, we will do all repairs free of charge.  All our creations are guaranteed for 90 days with normal wear.

 

REPAIRS & ALTERATIONS

Each case is unique.  Charges will apply according to the nature of the repair required. If there is a repair needed due a defective item, repair will be done free of charge.
