Temple Jewel ships worldwide from Ibiza, Spain with DHL Express. Shipping is complimentary worldwide.

Each published design is available to order and is handmade one by one. Production time is 5 business days. Estimated DHL Express transit time is 5–7 business days after dispatch. Tracking information is provided after dispatch.

Local import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other destination-country charges, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. There is no additional return or restocking fee.

The jewelry must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging and everything supplied with it.

A refund is issued only after the physical product is received and inspected. If the product is not returned, no refund will be issued.
