SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship products worldwide from Ibiza Spain via aDHL Express or Correo depending the best option for your location. Once your item is ready to ship, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.

In stock Items: Ship within 3-7 business days : Ship within 14 to 21days

Custom & Bespoke Orders: Ship between 14 to 21 days depending on the nature the work involved.

Please note: We Will no ship to Po Box.

IMPORT & CUSTOM

International orders can be subject to local CUSTOM TAX. 

We are not responsible for unanticipated delays in due to local custom regulations.

Therefor we cannot be liable for any fees added to your parcel by your local custom authorities. Should you choose not to sign for your parcel, we are not liable for lost shipments when delivery tracking indicates that your parcel has been delivered. In the case an item is refused & returned to us unaccepted, a10% re-stocking fee & 35€ for shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

CANCELLATION & RETRUN

*You may cancel any order within 48 hours of purchase

* Contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. 

* We will provide a DHL Pick up to your address.

* A 35€ shipping & restocking fee is applied to all Returns

*A refund will be processed 10 working days after receipt & inspection.
